With the permission of the property owner/leasing office we monitor the property looking for vehicles with expired plates, or vehicles parked in handicapped spots, fire lanes, or other unauthorized parking spots. We provide parking signs, and alert property owners or management about parking violations in their lots all at no cost to the property owners, or management. VIP Towing has a private storage facility where we take the vehicles for impound. The local city police department is called to report the vehicle so owners can find it, and police check to insure vehicle is not stolen.
